Observation

Bleach was stored in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen/dining area of the child care center. Bleach water used for sanitizing purposes was placed in a drinking water pitcher in the kitchen/dining area of the child care center. The ktichen is separated from the dining area by a gate that prevents younger children from accessing the kitchen but may not prevent older children from accessing it.
